Pumpking & Oats mask is an all time favorite, it works great on all skin times and smells heavenly!  Mask comes with 4 oz of dry ingredients-dry pumpkin, organic oats, cinnamon, nutmeg & clove.

Benefits of pumpkin....a great source of vitamins and minerals including B vitamins, vitamin C, E and beta-carotene—just to name a few. Vitamin C, helps protect skin from free radical damage, such as wrinkles and even skin cancer. Vitamin C also helps promote collagen production, which over time can improve skin tone and elasticity. 

Carotenoids: Alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and other carotenoids are the protective antioxidants that are also responsible for giving pumpkins their bright orange hue. It may help to reverse UV damage and improve skin texture.

Minerals: Potassium, copper, magnesium, manganese, and iron are just a few of the minerals found in pumpkin. Potassium helps promote healthy hair and regrowth. Pumpkins are also rich in copper and zinc, which play a big part in healthy skin and hair. Zinc helps protect cell membranes, maintain collagen, fight acne, and promotes skin renewal.

Benefits of oats...Helps sensitive skin. Oatmeal is suitable for all skin types, and even for the most sensitive skin because of its anti- inflammatory properties. It will help clean and clear skin of dead skin cells and tackle any oily areas. It will also aid in helping with acne and eczema.


TO USE: Mix a few tablespoons of dry ingredients with a tspn of raw honey and a little liquid until perfect paste (water, milk, coconut water, yogurt, etc). Use a couple times a week to keep skin radiant and healthy! Apply mask, let sit 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
